A Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words

<center> Conventional Camera Pictures

This picture is a picture of my little cousin La’Nya. This is a good picture because it’s a vertical picture and the person who took the picture obviously had to get down to her level to take a good picture. The picture shows the child interacting with the picture director, and it looks like the picture was taken from the middle. The background isn’t plain just a little junky. You would think that the picture would come out dark because of the lighting but, when you use the flash the picture brightens. It also captures the child’s feelings.

This is a picture of me when I was a baby at Christmas time. This picture is good because it follows some of Kodak picture taking tips such as getting down to their level, capturing feelings, moving in close, and taking pictures frequently so get different poses of the child. The picture is a little dark in the face area maybe the flash was used and then maybe again it wasn’t. The picture uses lots of visible colors but, the background it’s not so much plain but other than that it could be a little better with the light and the angle the picture was taken.

This is a picture of my little cousin Nicholas. The picture has a plain background, its vertical and it captures the baby’s feelings. In this picture it looks like the baby was having fun playing on the floor, it almost looks as though he was reaching or holding on to something. The picture is bright and the colors are visible. The photo director you can tell was very close to capture a great picture. This picture includes other people but, they were cut out of the photo because the main focus was on Nicholas.

This picture has its goods and bad. The goods of the picture is that once again it captures the child’s feelings, and the light is good. Now, the bad of this picture is that it’s to close to the baby and it look s like the top part of his head is cut off because of how close he is to the camera. The flash was used; the photographer was on the baby’s level, you can’t really tell if the background is plain or not because the baby is too close to see the background. You can also tell that there were many pictures taken frequently because of the babies’ facial expression.

Digital Camera Pictures
This first picture is a picture of mu little cousin Nicholas once again at a birthday party. This is a good picture because it is bright, fun, colorful, the lighting is good and it follows the 10 tips of taking a good picture. It captures the child in a moment of being happy at a birthday party. the bright colors in the back came out so bright because of the light and you can tell that the flash was used. The photographer tried to minimize the background so they decided to center the person to hide the background.

This picture tends to be a gropu picture of me working with the children at my community service site. In the picture we were makig turkey hats for thanksgiving, while listenin to a story about the vetern's for Veteran's Day. The lighting in the Whoite House Visitor Center wasn't all that good but, once you use the flash it made the picture brighter. The picture captures us in the act of the moment showing me working with the kids, glueing the strips to the hat. The background is good but then its bad because it looks junky because the main focus is suppose to me on helping the children but, over all the picture is good.

This picture shows me reading the story to the kids while they color the coloring sheets of soldiers. this picture isnt all that good because it looks fairly dark because the flash wasn't used. The picture is suppose to focus on me and the kids but when you look in the picture you can also see people coming through the doors and lots of clutter. The turkey hat brings out most of the color in the picture because the strips are bright. I re

ally like this picture because it shows that in my spare time i can give back to my community and work with children well without getting an attitude.
